The Pilates Room and Bodies In Motion Studio is a family owned boutique style Pilates, Fitness, and Event studio located in the Southshore area. Our instructors are highly trained with numerous certifications so they have the knowledge to work with different body types and injuries. We have a fully equipped Pilates studio and a studio that offers classes that include pilates, yoga, barre, dance, circuit training, low impact cardio, adult ballet, and meditation. Also offering different events every month such as Paint-N-Sip, Dance, and Specialty Yoga for that extra needed night out.
