My name is Danielle Harding and I have always had a passion for doing cakes. I worked in the grocery business for 7+ years, and during that time made birthday, wedding, and special event cakes. I have always made my own children's cakes as well as friends cakes. I am beginning my own business to expand my knowledge and talent in this industry and do to something I truly love. I have recently began training with fondant and gum-paste work.
